Has WDW ever offered free dinning before the last week in August?

Here are the historical discounts. Looks like it hasn't been offered any earlier than August 15th or so. Disney doesn't have to provide many incentives during busy times (school breaks.)

Has WDW ever offered free dinning before the last week in August?

Yes. Go over to mousesavers, but the last several years they do offer it.

Schools in the NE now go back the 3rd week in August, so attendance drops off significantly. FD has been offered third week in August until late September for the last several years. Enjoy!

My August trip with FD was originally booked for Aug. 17th, which is pretty early in August. We booked it as a bounceback last year before we left to come home.
