I called CRO today to check rates on a disney package (***) for December. The dates happened to overlap with a DVC reservation I currently have. I was just wanting to look at my options to see which direction I should go for my travel. Besides the fact I get sick and tired of all the same questions they ask
the CM finally put me on hold for quite a while. When she came back she said because I have a DVC reservation for part of that time period I would have to contact DVC regarding the discount package.
Is this the way it's always been?

And incurring the long distance. Plus, it's obvious she talked to a supervisor about it. She put me on hold for awhile. And don't you think it's a little odd she could see my DVC res.? I didn't mention it to her.
