I know, I know...I sure do ask alot of questions --

Last Tuesday my box of DVC documents showed up at the door along with the backpack, matted SSR print, and temporary member number. I filled everything out and sent it back via FedEx on Friday. They should have received the package yesterday. Well, today the doorbell rings and its FedEx with a package from DVC. What could this be, I thought. Low and behold its a backpack, matted SSR print, all the documents I just sent in, and a new temorary member number. All the paperwork is identical. And of course my guide is on vacation until Thursday, so I don't know until then I guess how this happened or if I can keep the extra gifts :)
 
is the member number identical?

if so just leave a message for your guide - and I would kept the extra stuff......

if the member number is different - there might be problem - call the 1-800-800-9100 this is the sales staff number not member services.
 
Well, it looks like the finance department messed up. It appears that my first set of documents gave me the $1500 credit instead of the 150 points I took as an incentive. I should have caught this in the first set of documents they sent me. So, instead of just sending me the one document I needed to re-sign, they accidently sent me a whole new package including a new member number. So, they just deleted the old number when I called them. I guess this will add a few more days in processing time. I guess the extra backpack compensates me for the trouble! :teeth:
