Has MVMCP ever sold out on a Tuesday night?

We're considering MVMCP on Tues. 12/16...but we're not sure yet. And because last years rainy weather all but washed out at least one MVMCP in early Dec. last year, we'd like to wait till we know what the weather should be before purchasing tickets.

I've read some weekend parties sell out, but what about Tuesday of the final week? Any thoughts or experiences?

I attended MVMCP on Tuesday Dec 10 last year and bought tickets the same day. We were trying to decide between Tuesday & Thursday because of the iffy weather. When it cleared up on Tuesday afternoon, we bought the tickets. Good thing because Thursday ended up being a washout. It wasn't crowded at all on Tuesday and it turned out to be a beautiful warm night. Last year they allowed refunds or exchanges on the washout nights.

I'm still trying to decide if we should do the party as we will be there Christmas week and can see at least the parade (if not some of the shows??) then. If you purchase the tickets early the same day of the party, do you still get the discounted price?

Anyone else been the last week of the MVMCP?

The last performance of MVMCP is on 12/19. If you are going to be at WDW Christmas week, they run the MVMCP parade during the day that week instead of the SADCT parade. Mickey
