Has Fastpass changed since 2002?

What I understood is:

You can only get 1 FP at a time.
You CAN use your FP late (check in is 3pm, ok to use after 3pm).

Anything else I need to know? My daughter is going & we typically have gone in winter months so I haven't used FP for 10 yrs!!

You can get a a second FP when the return window opens on the first or two house later, whichever comes first.

DCA FP gathering is not effected by DL FP gathering.

Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin and California Screamin' are not connected to the system and thus are not effected by the last FP you collected.

WoC ticket are not part of the FP system other than getting them form FP kiosks.

I didn't know they were enforcing fast pass times at DL. Can somebody else confirm this?

That's at WDW, not DL. DL does not enforce FP return times at all.

DH and I were at DLR this last week and on saturday night we got turned away from Space mountain and Star tours because we was outside the time on the fastpass. They both had return times before noon and we tried to use them in the evening. We was told that they expired.

The rest of the 7 days we were there we used FP way past the time with no problem. Except for Monday when the system was down and no one got fastpasses.

Because they thought the FP return window said 10PM not 10AM - and that at 9PM I was too early for my window. When I pointed out the FP was for 10AM not PM they let me on.

This is not true, it is at the CMs discretion, it is not a standard policy to turn away if they are outside the window, but the CM can, if they so choose.

Nope Both cast members stated the time on the pass and said they had to be used within that 2 hour window. When I asked when they started enforcing return times both times I was told they always enforce the return time.

When I said that has not been my experience so far this week I was told I must have had a generous cast member.

I had to look around to make sure I was in California and not Florida.

We only had this experience on saturday night. We enjoyed DLR for 8 days and used FP 7 of those days with only this one aberation.

Was at DLR a few weekends ago and used late FP on many rides, including Space, Star Tours, Indy, Soarin', and Screamin'. I was never turned away from entering any FP line. No one even commented on it.

I never said they couldnt, I said they dont. 99.9 % of the people who try it have no issues at all with using FP late. Of course you can always come accross the occasional CM who wants to enforce it but like the other posters in this thread have said they rarely have any issues. DL's official policy is to enforce the FP but what they have posted and what they actually do are two different things.

I am hoping it was just an aberation.

We were able to use FP after end time on Sunday. Monday the system was down. I will be really bummed if they really start enforcing them.

We were able to use late fast passes on Space Mountain Saturday April 28th. Perhaps they were exceptionally busy one night and had to restrict FP's due to the line size and hour?

Fyi. Someone noted on another thread that roger rabbit was tied into the dl fastpass network as of a couple days ago.
