Just kidding, though I use the Ya'll slang from now and then, I've been told that I don't have the normal Okie accent. My DD Vicky on the other hand can sound just like a Hillbilly! (But please don't tell her that, she'll argue with you that there are no such things as hillbillies

Well, that solved that problem..........I'm taking along a little makeup to spruce up the old face. I eel and look better with a some color on my face, anyway. I was just going to take the lazy way out.
I'm originally from Buffalo, NY and live near Philly now. We've been here about 18 years and they tell me all the time I talk funny. When I tell people my name, they think I'm saying Bob!

Well, I can honestly say I have no accent at all.....I have been told by other DISers that I do not have a wicked bad Basten (Boston) Accent....I'll tell you though that others here definitely do...OMG

I do enjoy listening to people's accents and figuring out where they are from...
