Has EE changed?

I remember reading that EE was changing slightly and allowing morning and evening times. Has this changed back to all early morning times?

WDW did a test in May for about two weeks where they had both morning and evening EE and LL(late leaving) at the parks.

As far as I know, there are no plans to impliment that pargram full time.

So. EE is what is going on now.
