A Little Girl's Dream to Come True Daily in October as Magic Kingdom
Salutes Cinderella Honorary Princess of the Day
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- What little girl hasn't dreamt of waving to an adoring audience from a seat within Cinderella's crystal coach?
For 31 little girls -- one each day in October -- it will be more than a dream as Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom recognizes the first-time DVD release of the motion picture "Cinderella" with Cinderella Honorary Princess of the Day.
Each day, an honorary princess will be chosen and will receive a Cinderella gown and tiara for the special occasion -- a ride in Cinderella's horse-drawn coach ahead of the 3 p.m. parade in an honorary princess procession. She will be accompanied by banner carriers, coachmen and Cinderella's adorable mice, Suzy and Perla.
The honorary princess will also be invited to a private meeting with Cinderella herself. And, of course, she will receive a copy of "Cinderella" on DVD.
"Cinderella" goes on sale Oct. 4 as a Buena Vista Home Entertainment two-disc Platinum Edition digitally restored DVD with bonus features and enhanced picture and sound. Unavailable in any form for almost 10 years, "Cinderella" is the sixth release in Disney's celebrated "Platinum Edition" line. Among the bonuses: an all-new DVD-ROM feature, "The Royal Life," which allows participants to scan their picture and become part of a fairy tale world that they can create.

Uggh! I can't even give one of my girls a paltry piece of candy without giving the other one the same thing. Anything done for one has to be done for the other one when it comes to my girls, they would have fits if one of them recieved such special treatment and the other one was left out.daisax said:I'd like to think they'd be sensitive to siblings of an age likely to take it the wrong way, but one of my most un-Disney moments took place in Disney Quest when after the Pirates ride a CM walked right up to a family with two little girls and gave ONE of them a magic moment whatever it's called certificate. I was amazed that anybody working there could be so insensitive. Are the certificates so priceless that he couldn't give two? Or if they are, he couldn't have waited for a single child or a child with older or much younger siblings?

Now if it was hanging with the <a style='text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 3px double;' href="http://www.qklinkserver.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=92&k=power%20rangers&st=1" onmouseover="window.status='Search for: power rangers'; self.ql_skeyphrase='power%20rangers'; if(window.event) self.ql_sevent=window.event.srcElement; self.ql_timeout = setTimeout('ql_doMouseOver(1)', 1000); self.ql_isOverLink=true; return true;" onclick="if(self.ql_timeout) clearTimeout(self.ql_timeout); self.ql_isOverTip = false; ql_closeiframe(); self.ql_skeyphrase='power%20rangers'; window.status='Search for: power rangers';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; if(self.ql_timeout) clearTimeout(self.ql_timeout); self.ql_isOverTip = false; setTimeout('ql_closeiframe()', 1500); ">power rangers</a> - THAT would be a completely different story.
