Have any of you seen the great new show "3 Wishes" on NBC? I really like it! Of course I'm a sentimental sap... but they do such wonderful things for people! It fills your heart with hope to see people with such wonderful desires for others! And they way they go to extremes to make the wishes come true.

For those of you who haven't seen it. It's kind of like 'Extreme Home Makeover' but for a whole small town. They set up a tent in the town square and everyone comes in with 'wishes'. They call it 3 wishes... but generally they do many more!

I highly recommend it! It's on Friday night at 8:00... which is a tough time to catch a show but it's so good I've been taping it.

Hope you enjoy it!! (This is my personal effort to keep the good shows on TV.)

I wasn't sure about it before it premiered and now I never miss it. I'm a sap too so watching makes me all warm and giddy.

I've seen it a few times, but I have to stop watching it . . . because I always end up a blubbering mess . . .

I only got to see it last week because I have had band/football games every friday. I thought it was a cute show.

Thanks for responding! Aren't there any more fans out there??

I love this show. Have not missed one episode since it started! I have even got DH to watch it a few times with me. He gets 'mad' at me a little because his eyes always seem to 'water' during the show! ;) I am always a blubbering mess. The one two weeks ago with the soldiers, I was crying the whole show! But as soon as one show is over, I can't wait until the following week for a new episode! :teeth:

My husband and I LOVE this show. We never miss it.

The show with the soldiers coming home from Iraq was VERY emotional. I cried through the whole thing. They do good things on this show and it is a pleasure to watch.

:cheer2: Yeah!! I hope this is helping to spread the word! I heard the ratings were not what they hoped... getting it off Friday night would help!

I emailed NBC... I'm tired of my favorite shows getting canceled!!

If you want to here's the link:

Use the pull down box to find "Three Wishes" and send an email. (If you fill out their survey 'voice your opinions on NBC shows' it doesn't even mention it.)

Can't wait for Friday! :goodvibes

I love this show. Have not missed an episode yet. I always end up crying tears of happiness. Some of the stories have really gotten to me, including the one about the girl who missed her HS graduation because she was in a near-fatal car accident, and the whole episode about the soldiers returning from Iraq, and the family from New Orleans, and on and on. Every story is beautiful. Last week's story about the toymakers was beautiful -- I cried when they showed the video at the end. :lovestruc Awesome stuff! These are the types of shows that should be on, that we can watch as families. Thanks Amy Grant and your whole "Three Wishes" family!

I really love this show. I loved the young man who stuttered and got the earpiece to help him speak clearly. The story of the woman who was reunited with her birth mom was sweet, too. I also enjoyed the first episode with the young girl who had been in the car acciddent and was receiving therapy. I also liked the one with the young woman who missed her high school graduation because she was in a car accident. They do such a wonderful job of making a difference in these people's lives. I missed the one that took place in Mississippi with the Hurricaine Katrina victims. I hope to see a repeat of it at some point. Most of the stories have me bawling.

I've cried through it twice. I really enjoy the happiness they bring to people.

Last friday I loved the story "Happy Factory". I loved the dedication those people put into making those toys for the kids and I loved that the kids seemed to love those simple wooden cars so much. What a blessing!
