I was looking at purchasing single day tickets for epic universe however for some reason I can’t get past March when selecting the dates. I saw undercover tourists were selling them but a bit hesitant as it isn’t direct through universal. Has anyone used them before if so how was the experience?

Thanks!

Yes, I've used them - they are totally legit. I've gotten Universal tickets which we used (and upgraded to APs) with no issues, you go right to the gate and scan the barcode.

I've also gotten Discovery Cove tickets through them, excellent customer service when I needed to change the date (DC tickets you can change the date at no charge 1 time, I don't think that is the case with Universal/Disney tickets).

I also had MNSSHP tickets for 2020 which Undercover Tourist automatically refunded when 2020 events were cancelled.

I'd definitely recommend them.

Have used them in the past as well as my kids numerous times. When the difference is not much, they purchase through Disney. It has always been a positive experience.

I've used UT for years and they've always been great. We have purchased park tickets, special event tickets, and booked hotels and everything has always gone smoothly. They also offer a refund on most tickets, which came in handy a couple of times when our plans changed!

Thanks, I didn’t know they did party tickets as well. That’s good to know.

Yes, we've used UT for both Disney amd Universal. In the case of Universal, it was to buy tickets for a friend we were bringing, and the UT price was even better than we could have gotten at the gate with our passholder discount.

Best of all, when we decided to upgrade the friend's ticket to an AP during the trip as a special surprise for them, Universal price-bridged the UT ticket (meaning that for the upgrade, they charged us the difference between a full-priced ticket and a full-priced AP, rather than the difference between the discounted ticket price we'd actually paid, and a full-priced AP. That way, we retained the discount.)

I always check UT's pricing, but this past January, AAA had a better deal if that is an option for you.
