Has anyone used the EE free pic yet?

We want to be at AK for EMH and want to head right for EE. I have to go to Guest Relations [I think] to turn in the voucher first. Is that in an area that's accessible prior to rope drop? TIA!

Yes, it is available outside the gates prior to rope drop. Guest Services while outside the gates is on the far left side, right up by the turnstiles. There is also a Guest Services area inside the gates. We were there last Sunday at about 8:30 for a 9 am rope drop and got in line for Guest Services. The people in front of us had issues that took a long time to resolve, so when they actually opened the gates at 8:45 we decided not to wait any longer. We were able to go get a fastpass for EE and then jump in line to ride. After the initial ride, we went back to Guest Services (the one inside the gates this time) and got our picture voucher with no problems, then used it for our second ride.

We used our voucher for the free picture on EE at the beginning of May. I thought I would try to save time and go to the Guest Relations outside of the park because the park wasn't open yet and they said I had to go to Guest Relations inside the park to get the coupon. I am not sure if it was that certain day or what but I thought I would let you know just in case... They are located right next to each other just as the previous poster mentioned. One is before the turnstiles, one is after.

I believe the camera is set up near the end of the ride...where the animatronic yeti comes out at you. Can anyone confirm this?

On May 17 I had to go to the GR inside the park, too. I tried at the one outside the park in case that was is (it wasn't morning, but I didn't want to miss it and then have to go out and back in), but they told me to go to the one inside, which is right next door to them. Outside it's a window, but inside it's in a building, at a counter.

The camera is set up as you're coming out of the mountain one time, as you're about to go down a hill. It may be right after you see the Yeti, but I'm not positive.

You get the coupon by playing a game that you download from Disney called Yeti Vision. You win virutal prizes for VMK and then after level 3 you get a pdf file that you can print out to get a coupon for the photo. The offer is only good through September 30, 2006.

I used it in April. We rode it a couple of times and got the number to our pictures. I turned in the voucher later in the day and went back around 6 to get my picture. It is right at the drop.

I know that the voucher expires at the end of september but i was wondering if you have to use the coupon that they give you that day. The reason i say this is because im arriving tomorrow and not going to the parks till tues. and i was thinking i could go to AK guest relations get my coupon tomorrow and save it for tues morning when i get to go to AK. Just to save some time. do you think this is possible?
