Has anyone used sellingtimeshares.net for a purchase? I see they're recommended here but not many people seem to mention them as often as the other resale companies here.

I bought two HGVC flex weeks from them. Sam Rodriguez helped me through my purchase. Seth Nock is the owner and also helps buy/sell.

Recently we have sold 4 contracts through https://www.dvcresalemarket.com. We listed with multiple companies and have been very impressed with DVC Resale Market. Their communications are excellent and the title company they use (Magic Vacation Title) is also very efficient. It has only taken a little over a month from initial offer to closing for each contract.

Thank you for the feedback! I agree. We worked with Nick on our first contract and they were great and very communicative. We are in ROFR now on two more contracts with them now. I think they do an awesome job!

As a buyer, their website is 1000x more user friendly than any other. And when I bid, they were prompt and helpful. Ended up buying elsewhere because the contract was right but they seem great to work with!
