Has anyone used OCTaxi

Im trying to book online, and wondering if the quoted fare is what will actually be paid or if its just a base fare and might have to pay more than what's quoted depending on traffic.

Also, for those who have used the, have you found their service reliable?

Many of them for Disneyland to and from regional airports offer a flat rate.
That way you don't have to worry about traffic delays adding to the charge.

When we are getting the taxi, I talk with the driver and ask about flat rates.
We have always taken a taxi using flat rate to and from the airports.

This was my planned company to use for my upcoming trip. Then I saw a bad yelp review, and someone here had a bad experience, so I decided not to use them.

One complaint was a quote of $x, then demanding $y at the time of service. The other complaint was a confirmed airport pickup where the driver never arrived, despite being confirmed multiple times.

I'm just not willing to risk it, personally.

Once I learned about the flat rates, that's all I have used.
At the airport there is a line-up of taxis - no waiting!
Same thing at the hotel, I walk out and bell services load my bags in a taxi - no waiting!

Knowing the flat rate ahead of time, I make sure to carry the exact amount plus a tip.
I 'm very clear with the driver on the amount and off we go.

I've never had a problem with the rate being different than what we agreed to.
Having the right amount of cash and not a credit or debit card, makes it easy to keep it at the agreed rate.

ouch! I didn't know about this! Will be traveling with two kids, so a driver not showing up posses a real issue.
