Here's the situation. I'm camping at Ft. Wilderness for two weeks in October, driving down.
Once again, it looks like work is getting in the way. There is a two-day conference in DC (originally scheduled for August) that I'm supposed to attend, but it looks like its getting bumped to exactly during my trip.
I'm thinking about just keeping my campsite and flying up early one morning, then coming back on the first possible flight after it is over, so just one night away from my campsite.
I've done that for my son before on Mears (before Magical Express) when we were on a weeklong trip but he was only there for the two weekends.
Has anyone done it this way??
I could just drive over to MCO and pay the parking fees, but if there's any way to use DME, I'd prefer that.
