Has anyone used FL Tours recently?

We used them several years ago, then they seemed to get a lot of bad reviews on the DIS. I am thinking of using them on our trip from WDW to MCO. Has anyone used them in the last few months? What did you think?

I haven't used them for a number of years. There was a point, about a year ago, that FL Tours had some really bad press. Seems they never showed up on more than several occasions. I believe that management/ownership has changed so that shouldn't be an issue.

everybody says they had issues a year or so ago, and then since they changed management they have resolved them, but nobody ever knows for sure. and you also got no replies, so do what you think.

Hello everyone, I had just posted some reviews (pop & QS meal plan)on our recent trip (4/30-5/7) this morning and I was going to start a new thread on FL Tours Towncar service tonight. Great timing -as in reading your threads topic!

We used FL Tours for roundtrip service to and from POP and MCO this trip. It was our first time w/ them, I have used others in the past. After spending so much time on these boards I thought I'd use one of the sponsers and went w/ FLTours.

My family likes the privacy of the ride and the quick sevice we get from the towncars. We had great service from both our drivers, they were both helpful and friendly. Being from Upstate New York its always fun for us to get to talk to people that live in such a warm and sunny state. We love to have drivers that enjoy telling us about the area and their lives in Florida. Both drivers were on time, and the cars were clean.

I thought the price was fair when compared w/ other services and LOVED the 30 minute stop at Publix. On our next Disney trip I would not hesitate to book FL Tours for our towncar service. Any questions I'd be more than happy to answer...

I was looking for a recent review on them, too. Thanks.

We'd used them for years and had great experiences...until last fall when they left us stranded at the airport at 10 pm. Their phone was being answered by someone who first asked if I had prepaid, and when I said no, he said he had no idea who FLTours were--he was running a cab service. ??? I'm leary to try them again without hearing some great reviews!

I am considering using them too but I'd feel better if I heard some positives. Lately we haven't heard anything.

We used them in Feb. and I was very pleased with their service. I have a reservation to use them again this Fall.

I have a good friend who is in WDW right now, and they used FL Tours and were very pleased with the pickup/grocery stop and drop off at the Dolphin.

They're not coming back til Sunday, so I can't comment on the ENTIRE experience, but he thanked me for recommending them yesterday.

We used them to get from WDW to Disney cruise ship in July 2009. We had used them in the past, and had no problems using them again in July. We would use them again if we went the towncar route.

I used FL Tours the last week in June in both directions to and from WDW. Smooth service all around, including a grocery stop.

We just got back. We were very pleased with FL tours. The driver was prompt and very courteous. We did a grocery stop on the way to the Dolphin. As we had a split stay, we also used them back to MCO from POP. The price was right ($109 round trip plus tip.) I definitely would use them again.
