Hi

Yes we used it March, my DD went 3 times I think and loved it. I think it's open from around 3pm until 11pm. I think once we went a booked her in for a speciifc time and the other 2 we just turned up and there were spaces. I think you an leave them for 2 hours max. There are 3 different rooms, soft play, drawing and computers/games I think. They take all your details and childs details before you leave them.

yse i think you do but not 100% sure will let you when i get back

yes you do have to be staying at the DLH we had to give our room number, maybe had to show our hotel card.
