Has anyone upgraded Sams Club tickets?

Sams club tickets will cost $1044 while UT will cost $1110 for our family of 5. However, we want to upgrade to AP when we are there. Is this possible with tickets bought at Sams?

doesn't matter where you buy them.
all official UO tickets can be upgraded with the exception of the shared revenue tickets and complimentary tickets.

Make sure that there is no tax added to the Sam's Club tickets on top of that.

The only way I can see those tickets possibly being an issue is if there is an expiration date on them. If they are just non expiring tickets, they should be fine.
