Has anyone tried to split a credit at B&C lately?

I would prefer to split one of our DxDDP credits with my DS on the night we plan to eat at B&C but I know from threads of years past that it wasn't allowed. Wondering if it has loosened up since those threads?

My back up plan is to pay OOP for a kid's meal. Hopefully, they will allow that!

I think the problem stemmed all along from semantics, and people trying to cheat the system. If two people, who are on the dining plan are sharing a meal (not "splittling" a credit), that has been permitted except in cases of buffets, shows, character meals, etc. Via Napoli has consistently asked patrons to each use a credit. My DH and I split meals regularly, but we always both have the DDP, and are not trying to share with outside guests.

There are numerous threads from 2008-2012 indicating that B&C, like VN, expected all parties to use their own DDP credit. But, nothing since which makes me suspect it is less of an issue.
