Has anyone tried this at CRT?

We've got a dinner reservation for CRT during our trip. Since we're arriving that day and we have other plans that we can't break other days, we just cannot make a lunch seating work.

Trouble is, I LOVE Major Domo's Favorite Pie.

Has anyone been able to get it at dinner? Would we be able to make a special request for it when we get there? Or call ahead and pre-arrange it?

Just curious if anyone else has done this or knows if they accept this type of request.

This may have changed... but last Nov my DD(6 att) wanted something off the lunch menu but they couldn't accomadate it..
