Do they work better than 409 when cutting through grease and grim?

What's your favorite cleaner for REALLY tough jobs?

I do have to say they do work really well. I do not like using them as window cleaner---they work just ok for that. I do love the oxy clean product--especially in the whites for laundry.

The wood cleaners leave a slippery residue that lasts for a bit, I'm not crazy about that part. Whatever you do, don't spray them on hardwood floors...unless you want to end up in the E.R. It can take an hour for the slippery coating to soak in/evaporate...one step and you can slide across the floor!

I have never used the wood cleaners--I am speaking of the degreasers and the cleaners for counters and such.

The orange spray worked great on my stove top and now that is all I use to clean my stove/oven. However, I agree with a previous poster that the orange clean for wood was very slippery, I wasn't crazy about it.

The spot remover for carpets is the best! I also like the degreaser.

Haven't used the Orange Glow products, but I don't know what I did before Oxy Clean. That stuff is amazing!

I like the cleaner and the furniture cleaner as well. It takes a few minutes to dry on the wood, but the shine and water repelent on the wood lasts a long time. I think they are great! Just don't buy the copy cat ones, they aren't as good!!!!!

That Orange Clean guy (Billy Mays) is very popular these days. He seems to be selling just about every infomercial product on TV now.

Cheack this out. When you click on the links make sure you have your speakers on!

I have never used Orange Clean, but have used other things made by that same company, and thought they worked well.

I love Orange Clean. I agree with cinmell, it did a great job on my stove and oven window.

DH uses it to clean the metal rods in our air purifier. It takes all that gunk right off.

And it smells good too.

I use a product called Citra Solv that I get at a health food store. It's a very concentrated, all natural orange oil product. I think it cleans at least as well as other cleaners, and it doesn't have icky chemicals in it. (I don't know how well it kills germs, so I also use Bon Ami in the kitchen.) It comes concentrated and you disolve it in your own spray bottle of water. It's not very expensive to begin with, so it's very cheap when diluted.
