I usually splurge on sugary things like vanilla Coke from Coke Corner and ....marceline's...:eek:popcorn:: I am a diabetic and try to buy sugar-free treats when I can. I have seen sugar-free chocolate bark in Marceline's and a few other goodies but have not tried them. Has anybody had any of these offerings and what is your opinion on them? Thanks!!:goodvibes

I have not found any good sugar free treats there. I do have dh pick up the low carb cheesecake with strawberries from cheesecake factory at garden walk. Otherwise I usually bring my own snacks.

I hope someone has some suggestions of something I haven't tried yet that might taste good.

I'd like to know too, as I'm severely sugar allergic(it's a wierd allergy, but I'm stuck with it), and being around DL for my trip, the smells of all the sweets are going to be enough to give me a sugar high. It would be nice to know if there are any guilt free sugar free treats at the mouse that I can have.

Allergic to sugar??:scared1:yikes!!! I have a friend that is allergic to chocolate..how awful!!:rotfl: I have always seen the sugar-free treats in the windows, but never tried them because I fear they will not taste good. But..Disney is pretty good with sweet treats..so...maybe we are in luck!!

I know it's a wierd allergy, but was diagnosed in Jan with being extremely allergic to cane sugar, meat and protein in general unless it's plant based. It's taken me a long time to beat the sugar habit, and use berry and maple sugars in limited quantities, but have been told that maple sugar I can't become allergic to, so tend to use it more than the berry sugar. With 2 trips to the mouse in Oct and Feb, am going to have to be very careful to limit my sugar intake on both trips. The sugar and proteins make me feel like a sloth and attack my lower intestine when I eat it in any quantities, so have to be extra careful when I travel. It would be nice if there was some sugar free alternatives at the mouse, and will be looking out for them while I'm down there. Have a great day!
