Has anyone tried Nutrisystem??

I have one friend who lost 50 + lbs, and another who lost 12 and had to stop because the gas was getting so bad, I thought I would try it and just found out about BISTRO M.D. which someone on the Dis said was WAY better food, just thought I'd share - either way - good luck all!

I've been on it since July 5th and have so far lost 48 pounds. I like the food and it really makes you look at what you eat and shows you how you should be eating. Works for me.

Please read the reviews on QVC for the Nutrisystems food. Most were not very good with most people complaining about how terrible the food was. DH tried it about a year ago and we ended up throwing most of it away because he said it was so awful and gave him heartburn daily.

Hope you have better luck with it. You would probably be much better off at WW. It's cheaper and you know exactly what is in the food that you are eating since you are preparing it yourself.
