We're done with Tiffany, I think.
We've used them several times but had some problems this time, early March.
The pick-up driver was ok if you like a driver that doesn't speak.
He was nice when I got him to talk but......
Another member of my family left a few days before we did and was concerned about the time that she was given for pickup based on her flight time was wrong.
She called to confirm the day before and was told the same time.
After a casual conversation with a CM about it even the CM questioned if that was giving her enough time for her flight.
When she called back later that day to double check, my sister-in-law was told that "no one told her that time".
It was really weird.
Needless to say she won't be using them again.
I think I'm be checking out another company too.
Something smaller and more personal.
If I'm going to work and I hop in a cab I don't expect much but if I'm with my whole family I want the best.
On the other hand we had a problem with a bag left behind on our way to the airport and the Tiffany Driver was very nice and even offered his phone for us to call the Resort, which we did.
So I guess it's a mixed bag as far as service goes.
And just so everyone knows, the Beach Club sent out a driver just for us and delivered our missing bag to the airport.
I thought that was outstanding!
