Has anyone taken Tiffany TC after change of ownership?

I have seen some post about Tiffany here [they were wonderful a couple of years ago] and I am getting concerned. Has anyone heard anything? We are using a limo due to our larger party size - can anyone recommend another service or give some info on Tiffany? Thank you.
 
I used them from WL to the airport on 3/7. We made the reservation the day before. The driver was there about 20 minutes early.
 
I used them in Feb and they were great. Picked me up at MCO promply and actually came and got me 15 minutes early to get to the airport after I called and asked about being picked up early.

Just used them and had no issues. I thought something looked and sounded different, however, when I didn't see or hear Debbie's name or voice on EM's and phone contacts. Oh, one thing did occur. The driver arrived to pick up our party of three leaving before the rest of us and he freaked about the 6 pieces of luggage (three passengers, two pieces of luggage each= 6) and doing damage to his car's suspension! Keep it in mind for larger parties to request a van!

You have got to be kidding LOL! Six pieces of luggage are going to upset his suspension. This man is in the wrong profession! I would think you are either normal or under normal!

We're done with Tiffany, I think.
We've used them several times but had some problems this time, early March.

The pick-up driver was ok if you like a driver that doesn't speak.
He was nice when I got him to talk but...... :confused3

Another member of my family left a few days before we did and was concerned about the time that she was given for pickup based on her flight time was wrong.
She called to confirm the day before and was told the same time.
After a casual conversation with a CM about it even the CM questioned if that was giving her enough time for her flight.
When she called back later that day to double check, my sister-in-law was told that "no one told her that time".
It was really weird.
Needless to say she won't be using them again.
I think I'm be checking out another company too.
Something smaller and more personal.
If I'm going to work and I hop in a cab I don't expect much but if I'm with my whole family I want the best.

On the other hand we had a problem with a bag left behind on our way to the airport and the Tiffany Driver was very nice and even offered his phone for us to call the Resort, which we did.
So I guess it's a mixed bag as far as service goes.

And just so everyone knows, the Beach Club sent out a driver just for us and delivered our missing bag to the airport.
I thought that was outstanding! :love:
 
we rented an actual limo from Happy Limo last year...using them again. we were extremely pleased with their service and yes, our driver spoke English!! btw, Happy will match $$
