Hey just was wondering if anyone has taken the web interview this time around that has also taken the web interview in the past? I took the web interview in Jan. and didn't pass. I submitted my application yesterday and got the email saying I'm qualified for the web interview. I plan on taking the web interview tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has known of the questions being different than in the past. Really trying to get prepared for tomorrow. I really really want to get the phone interview so so bad. Last minute advice??? Suggestions?? :confused3

I've taken the web interview the past 3 years and it's been the same every time I've taken it. The layout has been the same and everything no changes at all to my memory. Also I'd suggest doing agree to strongly agree on most of them. Neutrality is not really the best way to go, at least I don't think so. I've passed it the last 2 times I've taken it.

Make sure to read carefully, and don't let the timer freak you out. Some of the questions are positives and negatives of each other. Be consistent.

Also, really get yourself into the Disney mindset. Trust me, the customer is always right. (Even when they are really really wrong.)

Same web interview as before. Just remember:

Answer strongly (though I advise throwing in 1-2 non-strong answers)
Answer honestly (BS will shine through)
Don't contradict yourself.

I passed the web interview! :cool1: Thank you for the advice! It really helped :woohoo: Now just for the phone interview. Any advice for that?
