Has anyone taken a Graco Umbrella stroller?

For various reasons we have decided not to take our regular Britax stroller to WDW. Instead I wanted something that collapsed more easily. I ended up finding a Graco Breeze umbrella stroller on clearance so I bought it and so far I love it! My only concern is the canopy. Has anyone used it in Disney and been ok with the level of sun protection it provided? I'm debating on if I should order an extended canopy. Also, it came with a cup holder that clips on the side but it looks like it might easily get knocked off. I'm wondering if I should plan to leave that at home? Any other stroller necessities I need or should pickup? I do plan on getting battery Christmas lights since it's a December trip. Thanks for any tips you may have.

rain cover and one thing to look at are handles high enough to push without bending.

I have never used that stroller but have had a nice umbrella stroller for my 3rd child... Which we still use at Disney only. Its a Maclaren Triumph. For our 4th we bought a city mini....Best stroller ever for Disney! The biggest downside is umbrella stroller wheels get stuck at Disney often. I know this sounds funny but the roads are awful for umbrellas! My husband always gets stuck pushing this one. It is a two hands required stroller for sure and several times my son has almost been thrown out as a tire gets hung up.... Especially at magic kingdom. Just so you are aware. City mini folds flat....One handed push and fold. Huge canopy for sun protection. Either way....Have a great trip! Just wanted you to know what we have experienced.

Thank you. We love our regular Britax but I just didn't want to travel with it (getting thrown around by gate check) and DH doesn't want to carry it on and off the busses despite it's flat collapse. I didn't want to pay to rent a stroller and also needed one for the airport so we settled on a nice umbrella stroller. This one actually has nice big wheels but I will make sure we take it several places with less desirable roadways to see how it holds up. If it doesn't pass the test we will likely just take our Britax. Thanks for the tips!

We got one similar to that when our youngest was about 18 months old. It was fairly cheap, lightweight, folded small, and worked just fine. It was cheap enough that we didn't worry about it with the flight or WDW. Ours had a tray at the top with a cup holder and also a tray over the front/over their legs.

We used a cheap umbrella stroller when my youngest was 2 - how old is the child that will be in the stroller?

I wouldn't worry about sunshade as long as the child is covered with sunscreen!

We got an Evelflo one, and used that for the parks. We liked it fine. For sun protection, if the shade doesn't move, I'd say bring a light blanket, like a swaddling one, to give a little extra shade. But if it's a december trip, you might not need to worry about it. We did make a sign for ours, I think it was The Mouse for Less had printable stroller signs, and we put our name and phone number on it, because no matter how many people decorate their stroller, in a sea of them it's SO EASY to grab the wrong one because people decorate the same, or have similar color, or the dad was just looking for the red stroller and didn't realize YOUR red stroller was 6 down, and he just grabbed the first one he saw. Sigh.
