I have a garden view room booked for 3/29-4/5 at HRH. I stayed in a very nice room last year, but it was on the fourth floor at the very end of the hall. We either had to walk all the way back to the elevators or up the stairs to the fourth floor. (walking down wasn't so bad) After a couple of days that hall can seem pretty long. I thought I read somewhere that there were rooms on the first floor(on the pool level not lobby level which would be the third floor) and wondered if there would be any disadvantages other than lack of view? Are there rooms on this floor on both sides of the hotel? I will need to make a room request and I guess I could just ask to be near the elevator. Does anyone have any sugestions? I don't expect an upgrade as the hotel is pretty full on these dates as it is over the Easter holiday. Also thos who have made a room request , who do I need to contact?
Thanks
