We stayed on the 3rd floor just below room 4075 this past September. Sitting on our balcony, we watched Illuminations (all but the stuff down at water level), and had a view overlooking the Yacht club marina and across the lake to the ESPN Club and part of the Boardwalk. Hope this helps.
