Has anyone stayed in My Mickey House / Windsor Hills - Kris Greco??

Hello! Just wondering if anyone has booked with Kris & Rocco Greco - mymickeyhouse in Windsor Hills? I am nervous about booking a townhome for the first time... Kris has been very pleasant in her emails with me. She has good reviews on VRBO however there are no reviews from 2016, only one from 2015, and the rest are from years prior, which makes me a little concerned. She also states that when booking with her you will get 4 "VIP" fastpasses that can be used for up to 7 people at any time... This really makes me wonder, is this too good to be true? Where would she have gotten these "VIP" fastpasses? We got one at BTMRR when my daughter was too short to ride, but I know these are hard to come by.

Do you have an update on this? We were looking at this townhome as well. Wondered if you or anyone else could share their experience.
