Has anyone stayed in Dolphin Club Level Recently?

I also agree with cookiegvb. If I had to pay I would not stay on club level but with points its okay. I have stayed at Beach Club Concierge and it was much better quality and you could go anytime versus the limited time here. I love the Swan/Dolphin also but their club level food needs to be changed. I stayed there a lot last year and this past march and the food was always the same. If you want hot appetizers or desserts etc than the Swan Dolphin does not have it and if I was paying for it I would definitly expect at least a hot appetizers or dessert. Another suggestion CaliforniaDreaming is if you are going soon just stop by the lounge and see if it is to your liking for future stay. Have fun either way.

The CR Club Level had a continental breakfast (Krispy Kremes, bagels, fresh cut up fruit, and breakfast breads - as well as coffee, juices, and milk), afternoon snacks (very good cookies ~ chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, sugar; rice krispies, coffee cake; lemonaide, tea, and coffee), and they had one CM at a desk from 7AM - 4PM. In your room, you got a coffee maker with coffee packets, bottled water (2 bottles), and nightly turndown service. You also could get a complimentary refrigerator. Housekeeping also left the extra bathroom amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash (I don't recall getting these in regular rooms, we've been staying concierge or at the GF [they have a more upscale line of toiletries] the last many trips so it's been a while since I've stayed in a regular deluxe room). And, then there is the balcony. {sigh} That view from up on the 12th floor is awesome. Either Bay or Park views would be great.

Like I said, this is a limited concierge level, and that is what you get. It doesn't have the price tag of the 14th floor's true concierge level, either (it is $70 or $80 a night more in value season, when I stayed at the CR the two levels prices went from Club-$505/night to Concierge-$625/night).

You'll have to forgive me because I'm behind the times I guess but WHERE did SwanDolphin go??? Didn't he voice our opinion on the refillable mugs? That seemed to work super great. Maybe he could report that we REEEEEEEEEEEEalllllllllllllllly want our hot appetizer and big cookies back
