Has anyone stayed at the Nick hotel?

I'd do two nights at the Nick Hotel and 4 nights at HRH. I think two nights is just the right time to enjoy the "waterpark" atmosphere and the Nick entertainment and HRH is very kid friendly. THe first time we went there my kids were 4, 5 and 6 and they loved HRH. SO much so that we're going back in July. Nick Hotel is a nice break from the parks for parents.

out of curiousity do I need to make reservations for the character breakfast?? :confused3 And I really didnt know they did all that extra stuff!! We are checking in november 2nd and had planned on doing the charecter b-fast on the 3rd any suggestions for b-fast on the 4th and 5th?? We are doing seaworld and universal on the 3rd,4th and 5th then the afternoon of the 5th checking out of nick and going to the boardwalk for the rest of our vacation. So any dining suggestions are appreciated. Also someone I know said the food at both seaworld and universal was terrible!! Is this true?

When we were there in July you definitely needed a reservation for the character breakfast. When you go to Universal theyhave a really cute Cat in the Hat/Grinch breakfast at Islands of Adventure that my kids just loved.

yep - we had to make a reservation for our character breakfast, too. It's next week :)

I've heard the food is awful, but we really like the standard Holiday Inn restaurant buffet, so I'm hoping it's in par with that (and just not Disney standards)

Making reservations is the best way to go! That way you don't have to worry about it being "too busy." Have a great time! I'm so jealous! ;)

Thanks!! I just made our reservation for next thursday!! :cool1:
