"Fill in the blank" memory books??

Here's what my MIL is looking for -- a preprinted book, journal-size, that a grandparent completes for a grandchild. It asks questions about what it was like when they grew up, etc. and has pockets/slots for pictures and other memorabilia. I thought of Personal Creations and Abbey Press, but she hasn't had any luck finding one, let alone 4 of them.

Of course I could offer to make them for her, but I really don't want to go there . . . .

TIA,
Brenda

I haven't seen a book but K & Company makes these. They have a whole ancestry line:

I think I can get my hands on one, let me check and I'll get back to you. It wasn't used.

My mother had gotten one without pockets for photos from Discovery Toys. We helped him finish filling in some of it just before his death. They came out when i was a child (my mom bought them for each of my grandparents- papa is the only one who filled it out). Yopu might see if they stillhave something. The book was called "Grandpa was Quite a Boy"

I bought my great grandmother one last year at Barnes and Noble, it was in the journal section. I have also seen them within the last month at Sams Club. Hope this helps.
