Has anyone ordered from Chadwicks or Roamans?

I notice some really cute stuff in there, and wondering how their sizes run? I can take a small or medium (xl if shopping at ann taylor) but wondering if their tops all run very large?

I've ordered from Chadwick's. For me, the sizes seem to run big. I am a small/medium and always order a small from them. Hope that helps.

I have found Chadwick's clothes to be crap. Most of the items are not lined. Material tends to be thin. The shirts are very poor quality. I wouldn't waste your money.

Thanks! I have found the same problem with ann taylor and them. The shirts are paper thin, thin enough where you can see your skin color I had ordered a coat along time ago from chadwicks and loved it!!! But I was also alot larger then than I am now.

Ditto. I bought a couple of shirts from them and they shrank horribly - I mean they lost like 4 inches in length - and I wash all my clothes in cold water and dry on low heat so it wasn't how I washed them.

I order from Roamans all the time and love their clothes. Most run big but not all. Before you buy from them google roamans coupon codes and you will get awsome deals that way.

I agree. They look nice in the catalog and online but once you receive them, you will find they are of poor quality. Even the shoes.

I have ordered from Chadwicks before. . .a coat which I loved and just some basic t-shirts. I didn't have a problem with the quality, but that was probably 5 years ago. I found they all ran very big though. I wear an XL, but these were really huge. . kinda sloppy-wear-while-your-doing housework big. If I had known, I would have ordered the large.

I have ordered from both but it has been 10+ years since I orderd from Chadwicks....I still love my coat--skirt length wool. I don't remember if I even thought about the sizing at the time.

I have ordered quite a few times from Roamans and been happy with my purchases. If you sign up on their mailing list, they send you all kinds of discount codes and special sales.

I ordered from Roamans earlier this summer - poor quality and the red shirt (after being washed) still bled all over my skin and bra while I was wearing it! Sizing seemed to run big but I didn't read their sizing charts so that may be my fault.

Sorry to hear about poor experiences with Chadwicks, the last time I ordered from them was around 4 years ago and I still have dresses, sweaters and shirts from them that are in good shape after being laundered. Has their quality gone downhill?
