Absolutely. There are several I think about often when I see a post they’d be likely to chime in on. Hopefully just busy with other things.

Sadly, that is a mystery for the ages. At one time another DIS'er was apparently headed to his hometown to check up on him...we never heard back from her either.

Jason is a good guy and I think (only a guess on my part) that he gets a lot of crap on the boards sometimes and just may need a break from time to time. Hope he pops back in soon.

I actually wanted to connect with him in Las Vegas. We both share the love of breakfast on the Mon Ami Gabi patio while watching the Bellagio fountains. Not sure why people give him crap but there are many who get visibly upset when someone who is a bit different shows up here. He has a unique style that should be welcomed and celebrated.

I’ve “known him” here for a long time, have been wondering where he’s been. It’s sad a few here are kind of mean to him. Either put him on ignore or just scroll on by, it’s not that difficult. I think he is a sweetheart and I hope he comes back soon.

Agreed. About the only legit thing they could criticize him for is that a few of his posts were mildly racist. The other 99% are great and often pretty funny.

I had his personal email and sent message after message but never got a reply. He disappeared after his mom died. I miss him.

Eh sometimes he had some posts that were not appropriate (think comments about women and their bodies). But overall his outlook on life is much more go with the flow lots of just random things to say, and he tends to not take things (here at least) seriously. In that respect his presence has always been appreciated, good to have a reminder every now and then about a more carefree style of life.

I do remember him saying he was going to take a break so I hope that's still what he's doing. I too have gotten concerned during the pandemic for posters and prolonged absences.

He has a really good heart. For many years, even before he had his own bout of cancer, he randomly showed up on the breast cancer thread just to wish us all well. He also loves animals. I hope he’s reading here and sees that he is cared about here!
