Has anyone had trouble getting back to the DD resorts at night?

We're staying at the Courtyard Marriott for the first time and I am anxious about transportation back to the hotel in the evenings. Particularly after MVMCP, which will be quite late. Has anyone had any trouble with that?

I was thinking that the quickest thing may be to take a bus to one of the resorts, then to DD. Any thoughts?

We stayed at Hilton DD which is just one hotel closer to DD than Courtyard in Nov/01. It was a problem cming back from MK on even just a Friday night when we stayed til closing.
When we arrived the DD bus was full with people waiting. They do not add any extra buses at closing, so it is just one bus every 30 mins no matter what (at least when we were there). So we took bus to DD and walks (very short 5 min walk). However we took from TTC as we were aleady there. Big line up but Disny added buses so not too bad a wait (20 mins) and by then huge group of people for DD hotel bus. I think good plan is walk to Contemporary and take DD bus (stops at TTC though after it picks you up) or take bus to any hotel and then to DD.

Walk is short . Hope that helps

Also stayed in a DD hotel in early November.

They DID add an extra bus at closing one night at MK - it was either a Fri. or a Sun. We were among the first to get seats on the "backup bus" (which didn't have the DD logo on it, but did park in the DD spot after the first bus left). The bus did not fill up at any other park on any other night.
