Has anyone had this problem??

I called Disney tonight to cancel our 4/3 package and to book 3 nights using the 40% military code (we decided to use our DVC points for the remaining 4 nights). The CM first brought up our package and cancelled that. Then she looked up various rates using the military code and came back with the 3 options I asked her to price: WL for $577.14, YC and BWI for $678.35. I asked her to book the YC. She took all the information. I gave her my credit card. She put the reservation in and the system returned a Ressie #. I guess at that point they normally go back in and check to make sure that the reservation processess correctly. Any way when she went back in and opened the reservation it was showing our original package.:scared1: She was very confused by this since our original reservation was under a totally different reservation number. She put me on hold without telling me anything, just that she would be right back. After 20 minutes she came back and told me what had happened and that they were working on it. At this point I should have asked her to call me back as I had already been on the phone (long distance) for 45 minutes. But that was my fault! After another 20 minutes she told me that they finally got the YC to show on the reservation, but the amount for the 3 nights was now $850. I told her that was too much and please cancel and re-book at Wilderness Lodge. Of course when she went back to check WL it was now showing at $863.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold for another 10 minutes and then came back on to tell me it would be quite awhile before a supervisor could talk to me. I asked to be called back. I'm not really counting on the return call. After I hung up, I called my credit card company who said a charge was pending from Disney in the amount of $226.12, which would have been the deposit amount for my 1st YC quote. Anyone ever have any luck getting Disney to honor what they originally quoted?:confused3
 
I have not been able to get through all day. I tried calling this morning at about 9:30 and the CM told me the computers were being upgraded because there was a "glitch" in the system (her words) and that I should call back later in the day. I've been trying to call off and on since 3:30 and it keeps giving me the "All circuits are busy" message. I assume they took their system offline for some reason. Maybe this glitch has something to do with your odd problem. Maybe something is all messed up right now and they are trying to get it fixed.
