Has anyone had this happen on the TTA

Currently on the TTA and just had no less then 6 vehicles crash into a back up. When they collided they hit HARD like they didn't slow down at all. It threw you forward with each vehicle that hit. It was scary cause it all happened while in the Space Mountain section. It also didn't help the speakers announcing what was going on wasn't working loud enough.



Finally able to upload the video to photobucket. It only shows part of the back up. I realized while exiting I should video this mess.

We rode TTA a few laps yesterday and experienced more bumping than we ever have before.

Odd, I've never had any cars bump on TTA while I was on it. Guess I'm just lucky.

Never had that happen, but we spent 2.5 weeks at WDW in June/July. Honestly, we saw TTA evacuated 3 or 4 times just as we walked by randomly. Not a good sign.

Whoa, you're not kidding! That is some pileup! We've never had that happen either. I get why, but it is so funny that they have to evacuate a car at a time. And, good for everyone for waiting patiently instead of just hopping over the door and making their way out on their own. A wee bit of faith in humanity restored!

It happened to us. A car smashed into us and others followed. Luckily nobody was hurt. The did have to evacuate us. This was about two years ago. We have ridden this ride way too many times to count. One of my favs!! I have to say it was a fun experience walking off the ride and waving to people! The CM gave us a fast pass as we were exiting for any ride. It's too bad to keep hearing bad things about it. Hopefully they can fix it.

Yep, happened to us in almost the same spot. Was not fun, and it did hurt for some time after they got all the cars sorted out. Won't stop me from riding again though.

Yep one CM in the front escorting and one in the back letting everyone out of the cars.

We rode it Wednesday (8/3) with no issues. It's one our favorites. I've never seen a backup like that before.
