Last week I stayed at Kidani and dropped off 3 boxes (one on Thursday,one on Friday and the last on Saturday as I checked out) to be shipped back to my home address. Just found out today, all 3 boxes are still at resort. Was told by guest service rep they would be mailed out today. Rep could not explain why they were still there.
