Has anyone had Diane as their planner?

I got my planner today - Diane! She seemed very nice on the phone. She must think I'm a total spaz as I was talking to her through my car's bluetooth thing and was practically shouting to make sure she heard!

So has anyone ever had her? And what did you think?

And I thought I was the only one who does this? I feel like people always think I'm crazy because I'm screaming at them!

If it is Diane Bowen she is the best!!!!!!! you have nothing to worry about. She was my daughter's planner and she was so wonderful!!!!! everything ran smoothly and perfectly.

I have Diane and I love her! She's not all warm fuzzies, which is fine by me. I need my wedding planner to plan my wedding, not be my best friend. She's all business and it's perfect. She's been great at suggesting lower cost options for our wedding. I'm really pleased with her so far... Oh, and I am REALLY impressed with her attention to detail. I was assigned her in May or June and I ask to schedule my planning session for marathon weekend. I didn't really talk to her again until shortly before my PS because she needed to change the time. She wrote in an email that making my PS earlier would be good because then we'd have more time to rest before the half marathon. I was shocked that she remembered that months later!
