Has anyone had any luck getting MNSSHP tickets refunded?

My wife and I bought tickets for our October trip but she just had to have knee surgery and will have to postpone the trip. I know they have a 'no refund policy' but some places do make exceptions for death/medical reasons. Just wondering if anyone needed to cancel and if they helped or not?Will call them Monday. Thank You

It happened a few years ago. I was told to mail the tickets back with an explanation. The credit card was credited.

My son wasn't able to attend a party due to basketball tryouts. I called Disney and they were great. Had me mail it in, and we received a refund.

They now do will call for tickets, would that matter?
