Has anyone gotten a refund from a rained-out hard-ticket event at MK?

We were at MVMCP on December 12, and it rained torrentially. We were told at guest services as we swam out, that we could return our wristbands, via the mail, for a refund. They handed me a card that had a simple "Disney Communications" address in Buena Vista.

Of course I've lost the card!

Does anyone have the address?

We were at the deluge on December 5. We mailed Disney a letter requesting a refund, along with the wristbands and a copy of our credit card receipt. It took more than a month, but Disney did provide a refund (to the credit card we charged the tix to). The address is:
