Has anyone found fraudulent charges on a hosp. bill?

I had to jump on this thread. I received a bill from a doctor who I had never gone to and did not know for apparently having my tubes tied on the day I gave birth to my son. I did not have my tubes tied and it was not my doctor. The funny thing was that the insurance company as well as the doctor's office kept insisting that I did, in fact, have this surgery done by this particular doctor on that day. Finally, my doctor's office took care of it. I just couldn't believe that they kept telling me that I had surgery I did not have.

I was billed for a semen analysis from an ER visit a few years ago, by the way I am a female-lol!

A few years ago I went to the doctor for my anual physical. The report that came back from the doctor showed a pregnacy test (which thankfully (and obviously) was negative, my wife would be very upset if her husband turned up pregnant ). I called the doctors office and had them remove the test from my bill.
