I got a survey for VB, but did not get one for BWV (although stayed at both in February). It was time consuming, but another great way to give kudos to some of the great CMs at VB!
We got a post card for our quick-trip to Vero Beach. Took 30 minutes to fill out online. We liked the opportunity to reward good service (and tell them some things that might be improved).
I seem to be on some list. I get one every time I get back from WDW, despite whatever means I use for staying - paying thru CRO, WDTC, renting points, or as a DVC member. I always complete them so maybe that is why I keep getting them?
I received the survey postcard after my stay October '03. I did fill it out and included details on both good and bad experiences. It does take a little while to fill out, but it's not too bad. I was happy to let them know how I felt about my stay. I hope it will help them improve the areas that are lacking.
Like Shan, I must be in some kinda "very elite" database. I've gotten one virtually every time I've stayed on Disney property, be it DVC or another resort.
And, last time I was in AK, a CM with a clipboard caught me as I was exiting the park.
I'm always happy to oblige. And I like bragging on the CM's who've been gracious and helpful, too.
I have recently received 2. First one for a stay at BCV in January 2004 which I filled in online. Then last week we got another card for the online survey concerning our August 2003 OKW stay. I went online to do it, but after filling in the PIN it stopped me with a message saying they already had enough responses.
