Has anyone ever used the PassPorter?

I got an email from some company requesting that I check out the new PassPorter 2002 Walt Disney World book. I looked at it and while it sounded pretty cool I wondered if any of you "seasoned pros" had ever used one? Are they worth the money? Do they really help??? We have NEVER been to WDW before. Going on a 3 day land 4 day sea in November and I want to be as prepared as possible. We are Disneyland pros but WDW stumps me~!
I could use help but wondered if this was a good choice, worth the money, blah blah blah you know the routine!

I've used it for several years, since they first came out. I have the Deluxe and buy the pockets as I need them. I love it, it makes planning very easy, even for an "old pro".

The authors are really cool, total Disneyites.

Yep, we used one on our trip to the MK this past December. It was great having all of our tickets and other paper work right where they were supposed to be each day. We will use them again.

I just ordered one from 2000. They have them on the website now for only the cost of shipping. You could try that one and see if one for 2002 is something you would want to pay full price for.

For the others who have responded thank you as well!!! I hoped this was something that would be useful and after reading what you all wrote along with this great deal of the book from 2000 (I know it will be a little outdated but great deal for 6 dollars) I now feel more prepared!

You might also want to go to your local library. I found a lot of books on Disney. The Unofficial Guild to Disney is a great book.

I just bought a Passporter and it is great for keeping all of my notes in.

I love the passporter and ordered extra pockets and made myself one for the cruise with a lot of info from the board here. It really helped me stay organized.

when you get your copy of the 2000 passporter, go to the www.passporter.com web site and find the downloadable updates, they will bring you pretty much up to date!!!

They come on Adobe and are formatted to match the pages in you passporter very well.

The Passporter (which we have and used last August) is extremely useful for WDW, but it is not designed to do the same thing on cruise line.

I LOVE the PassPorter! I am the Guide (Moderator) of the PassPorter Boards DCL Forum ( http://www.passporterboards.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=22 ) . The PassPorter is a great tool for vacation planning. I recommmend getting the Deluxe version which is a day planner type binder that your book comes in and out of. Then when you need the new version, you just buy the new inserts!
