I have found my motivation Or, should I say it was crammed down my throat. I was dropping my DFil off at adult day care when one of the residents there turned to a worker and said "she is huge." I acted like I did not hear her, but when I got to the car I cried, cursed and called my DSis. I had been talking about doing Nutrisystems, but that is as far as I got. She felt so bad she ordered it for me. She surprised me with it a week later. We decided to split it and do it together and then trasnition into WW and the Biggest Loser (that is what she wants to do). I did WW before and it worked great.
So my question is has anyone ever started with Nutrisystem and then switched to WW? Is the transition easy? I like that WW has more choices. I feel so limited on Nutrisystem with my veggies.
I am heading in the right direction and do not want to de-rail my progress. Any advice?

That's really lovely. Really lovely.
I have had a moment like that and it is horrible! I would suggest skipping Nutrisystem the food is incredibly bad! Your better off starting with WW. If you feel safer with prepackaged, Jenny Craig might be an option, but it is really expensive. WW is best and your family can eat WW food too, with prepared meals you will have to eat alone.
I have been on it for almost 7 months and have lost 46 lbs. I have tried everything and found the convience of having the box delivered at home to work for me. I would like to lose about 24 more lbs. and want to do it by March. As you can see, I am taking it slow.
I actually started doing Nutrisystem but, unfortunately, I really did not like the taste of the food. My doctor has actually said that WW is about the best thing out there . . . but, I'm not doing that, either (So much for listening to my doctor, right?). I think everyone needs to find a plan that works for them. For me, personally, it is just watching my calories and fat and working out five days a week. I have lost 10 pounds so far (in about a month) and have about 80 more to go!!
