Has Anyone Ever Seen A Celebrity In Wdw

We saw Kathy Ireland and her family dining a couple of tables over from ours
in the Castle during lunch, I think it was Apr '06.
OMG Donny Osmond! :lovestruc

the only people I saw in the parks as a tourist were Drew Carey at ToT (w/o his glasses, made him less obvious) and Jim Caviezel in Town Square in MK with his fam and tour guide.....and does meeting Julie Andrews at her book signing at MGM count? it was a great day HA

when I was working.....Doug Flutie, Gloria Estefan, Keshawn Johnson, and I had a bit of a convo with Sean Astin (and I proceeded to freak out 1 minute after he left).....I saw Julie Andrews when I was working, not expecting to see her walk by......I was in the middle of a sentence talking to a guest and she walked by and I was literally speechless...had to apologize to the guest, turn around, breathe, and continue helping the guest.....it was amusing HA

At Disneyland - I saw Billy Bob Thorton.

At WDW - I was there when the kicked off the Year of A Million dreams and saw Michael from Extreme Home Makeover walking around the park and Lance Bass (I think it was him - one of the boy band guys ;) ) - plus there were a lot of famous performers in the shows but they don't really count b/c it was in the show.

We ran into the Jonas Brothers at the Rock-n-Roll Rollercoaster last April. They were filming a segment to air during the Disney Channel Games. My 2 DD were thrilled!

OMG Donny Osmond! :lovestruc

I swear i could not eat my dinner when he and his wife Debbie and 3 of his sons sat at the table next to us! We didnt say a word to them out of respect for them being on a family vacation, but i did try not to stare too much!

I had a walking tour of Disneyland guided by artist Harrison Ellenshaw. For those who don't know, Harrison's father Peter Ellenshaw was one of the three main artists who designed Disneyland and he worked on Disney classics such as 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Mary Poppins.

Harrison himself worked on films such as Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, Ghost, and he helped do restoration work on Snow White and Sleeping Beauty.

Last summer we saw Shaquille O'Neal, family, and entourage being lead around MK by a tour guide.

Here is my husband and I on our honeymoon 9/11/02. Imagination gift shop in the am with the Stamos' (before they split up).

She was so nice and seemed genuinly happy to greet her fans...him on the other hand...I didn't hold it against him. It was their private time at vacation.

My DD would have passed out....literally. I would have had to pick her up and carry her away!

We were able to meet Samantha Brown last January while she was filming Samatha's Disney Favorites travelogue. Got a pic with DH and DD and an autograph in DD's book. Very gracious lady.

Also got to watch her film the bit where she was sitting on the bench on Sunset Blvd in DHS.

And to think before the trip, my DH said "Yeah honey one of your Year of a Million Dreams dream will be to meet Samantha Brown in WDW".

Yes my DH is a mentalist........

My mom and I ran into John O'Hurley at the Yatch Club this past year. It was his last night of doing the processional. We were out hotel hopping looking at decorations when a white van pulled up. This skinny minnie girl got out of the van and I was looking at just how skinny she really was, next thing you know out jumps Mr. O'Hurley. Way cool.

Jimmy Carter and family sat across from us at the Spectro Magic parade on Tuesday December 30.

We have also seen Joey Fatone twice in the parks (once at MK and once at Epcot).

My daughter saw Donny Osmond last Spring (when the whole family was there) and got a picture with him at Epcot.

Katie Couric and daughters at AK a few years ago week before Christmas.

Some wrestler - my husband and a friend spotted him.

I ran into LeBron James at Cedar Point. Being that I live in N.E. Ohio and so does he does that count. :lmao:

Not sure I spelled his last name right, but he's the kid that plays Cory Baxter on Cory in the House. Jan 2008 on the Thunder Mountain Ride at MK.

oh, and then when I skipped class to go see the MVP parade for Tom Brady (couldn't meet him); Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Emanuelle Chiriqui (from the movie On The Line-got to meet all of them!); and after the 04 Olympics, Lenny Krayzelberg, Ian Crocker, and Michael Phelps at MK (met Ian, even back then Michael was in high demand, only got 1 foot from him).......I wouldn't have learned anything in class those days anyways :)

and I met Jaime Sale and David Pelletier (the Canadian pairs skaters) in Canada at Epcot to sign my Roots gear.....but that was on a saturday and I didn't need to skip class :)

My husband would have loved that!!:rotfl:

Oh one more I forgot from DCA...Bridgette and Holly from The Girls Next Door. Here is a pic of DH meeting Holly. He looks so HAPPY! Too funny! :rotfl: The were both super sweet though and happy to take pictures with all who asked for them. We saw them on the Sun Wheel but this picture was taken waiting to eat at Ariels Grotto. Holly is a HUGE Disney fan! The dl sweatshirt she is wearing is one that she frequently wears in her interviews on the show.

It probably had nothing to do with the fact that he was wanting time on his vacation. DD (3) worked on the set of ER a few months ago. He was a JERK. He used fowl language, was full of himself, he just acted terrible infront of a child. Now mind you she was just about 3 so maybe he did not think it mattered but I was TOTALLY turned off! My DD's LOVE to watch Full House and it turns my stomach now to see him. I won't burst their bubble about Uncle Jesse but I will never look at him the same!

My husband would have loved that!!:rotfl:

It is one of his finest Disney memories! :rotfl:
