I thought about this today ! has anyone ever seen a celebrity with there family on a WDW vacation, and this does not include any super special weekend that they would be apart of (ex: super soap weekend) you know like a family vacation like WE take.

I don't know why I thought of this but I did.......any one out there see anyone

When my wife and I were on our honeymoon in July 04, we saw Wayne Brady in one of the clubs on Pleasure Island (he seemed to be just hanging out with a small entourage). My wife was really excited, and he was really nice and talked with us for a few minutes and got a picture with us.

My celeb spottings were Eric Estrada (aka Ponch from CHiPs...love 80s TV!). He was doing a book signing in MGM and was very nice. I also saw Cal Ripken (from the Baltimore Orioles) who was also very friendly and took a picture with our friend who was a die hard fan.

Last August when my family and I were staying at the Atrium Club at the Contemporary, Don Shula the former head coach of the Miami Dolphins was staying there at the same time we were. However we never saw him on the floor, expect for one time at night when my Dad and him were both in the elevator at the same time.

We saw Gary Sinise at the 50's Prime Time Cafe at MGM a few years back. He was being escorted by a CM! It was my one and only claim to fame:rotfl2:

When I was staying at the AKL, I saw Fantasia Barrino, she was also staying there (in the suites of course, lol). She won American Idol in season 3.

We saw Aaron Carter a few years back. He was outside Rock'nRollercoaster and we were there waiting for our fast pass time. He was standing there waiting and then a CM came and got him and his group and they got to walk on and ride as many times as they wanted. Made some people around us pretty darn mad!

My DH & I saw Michael Jackson & Macauly Culken (actually we didn't know who he was at the time) on our honeymoon in June 1991. We were in one of the shops on MainStreet and all of a sudden Disney suits came out of the back of the shop and locked all of the doors. Then out walked Michael Jackson and "some little blonde boy" as DH & I described him. We actually thought that he was a Make a Wish kid or something like that :lmao: ! Anyway they shopped around in the store for a little while...at first we could take pictures but then later security would step in the way. Then Michael walked over to the French doors that adjoined to the next store and he had security open it and he kissed a couple of ladies that were standing there. I have a couple of pics but my scanner is broken...I will try to take a picture of a picture tomorrow and if it works I will post it.

I haven't seen anyone famous myself, but I read a trip report with pics where someone saw Kelly Ripa (from Regis and Kelly) and her husband, and children. Very exciting!

I haven't seen someone famous but at Disneyland, whilst in line to get in I glanced down at the floor tiles to see "The Hanks family Tom Rita Colin someone someone" (Sorry someone and someone:guilty: ) So I stood on Tom Hanks floor tile!

We saw Michael Bolton in the bar at the Beach Club. He was complaining that they didn't have any Dom Perignon to go with his pizza.:rotfl2:

Hi

My wife and I saw Donny Osmond at the CR in the lobby. He walked past us and spoke. He was very nice and of course, smiled. He was carrying his own luggage and he got into a plain mini van full of kids.

Uncle Albert

In 2005 at the Magic Kingdom in Liberty Square we saw NFL player Kurt Warner. He was with his family being "a regular dad" so we did not appraoch him.

This was during ESPN, the weekend, so we were also "on the lookout" for celebrities.

Go Sox!!

Ok, so it wasn't me who saw these people...but when my sister was a CM @ POTC she saw:
John Stamos
Lance Bass
Jeff Foxworthy and family

I saw a lady that does some show on the travel channel, but I can't remember for the life of me what her name was!

We saw Dick Clark & his wife at Spoodles when we were dining there a few years ago. We saw Cameron Diaz & Justin Timberlake at MGM several times one afternoon. We have also seen a number of ESPN newscasters and athletes...my sons & husband notice them of course!

hmmmm.......Mickey Mouse? Sorry, couldn't resist. After all, is there really anyone that would be more important to see at WDW than the Mouse?!
