Has anyone ever requested a table for Two?

DH & I would LOVE to sit at a table for two...Do you think that I will have any luck with this request?

we were just on the wonder over presidents week with our 2 kids. we had a late seating and one night put the DD#1 in the oceaneer club and DD#2 in the nursery and asked for a table for 2 they gave us a 4 top of a familly that was eating at palo's that night so it may be possible. Our ( we did book this cruise 5 days before the sail date) hope this helps but I would call DCL and put a request in.

We were on an Eastern cruise in September '04 and requested a table for two, but were told that since the cruise was full, no single tables for two were available. We were also informed that we would stand a better chance of getting a table for two if we moved our dining option to the late seating rather than the early. We are going to attempt this on our May '05 cruise. Hopefully we'll get lucky!

Not that my wife and I are antisocial, but we so enjoy long romantic dinners and the Disney cruise is a perfect place to enjoy one another's company. My wife of twenty years is a fascinating person to be with and I seize every opportunity to get her all to myself.

Make reservations at Palo and you will have what you want.

We had a table for 2 on our back-to-back, although the ship was full. They put an extra table in for us during 2nd seating. However, we made such good pals on the next table, we would have preferred to sit with other guests anyway! So much for romantic Anniv trip!Haha.

Have a word with your Dining Room Manager if you really want to "be alone"! Nat

we had late seating on and oct wonder cruise and had requested a table for two - but we ended up at a table for 10 guess what - we had a wonderful cruise just the same and did one night enjoy our table for two at palo!

We've asked and had a table for two when our kids have been busy in clubs. Why eat with someone else's kids when you can be alone! Ask your server at breakfast, they usually know who will be at Palo, etc. for that night. This is Disney, they will accomodate you if they possibly can!
