Has anyone ever booked their travel with TMFL?

It's been suggested to me - but I want more opinions? Please good, bad or other.....I'd like to know what you think.

I've used them twice (agent Deb) and I think they are great. I like to plan and do a lot on my own, but I like the idea that someone "has my back" if you know what I mean. They will make all of your ressies, call for PS, call/fax resort a few days ahead if you have specific requests, give you additional info on your resort, flying tips, packing tips, and answer any specific questions you have. And it's at no additional cost to you!!! It's kind of like having a friend plan your trip with you. I've really enjoyed and appreciated the service. Just my 2 cents

I can't say enough good things about the Magic For Less. We won't use any other TA. We had previously planned every single Disney trip ourselves-9 trips. I just didn't want to leave anything to chance. TMFL was suggested to me too. So I thought I would see what I could fine out. Glad I did. Deb from TMFL helped me with our Anniversary trip in December. I now have an August trip planned with them, and I am working on a solo trip in October with them. They are the best. Deb made all the changes for me when AP codes were released. I just sat back and watched everyone else talk about how long they were on the phones, long waits, long distance bills, etc. Deb sent me an email to let me know my rate had been changed. She then sent lots more emails about planning, restaurants, tours, park hours, etc. She also made room requests for us on our reservation. We got exactly what she requested. She also called and confirmed our reservations a few days before we left. She was like our own little Tinker Bell. She helped my DH plan a surprise Wishes cruise for me too to celebrate our anniversary. She called and got the reservation for him. They just do everything. The only thing they can't do is the dreaded CRT reservation, but you know how ugly that is to get. There are no fees associated with anything they do either.

The Disney system is running slow right now, so that is making it harder for the TA to get info. Be patient if you email them for a quote. It may take longer than usual for a reply.

We used Laurie, who did a great job, but she stopped working there at the end of the year. I think we'll use Dreams Unlimited this time, because of their connection to these boards.

The only thing they can't do is the dreaded CRT reservation

They also won't do PSB

I'm working with Emily right now and she's been wonderful. : )

I was just checking out their website, and if you book a trip totalling over $2000.00, they will give you a free subscription to TourGuide Mike's website. Worth a look at.

I've used Emily and loved her! Even when I've had to cancel more trips than I've actually taken, she is still very helpful and supportive. I will be using TMFL again soon!
