DW & I did it last year. Wow! Make sure you bring your appetite! They had different sections that each had three chef stations where you could sample that chef's creation. The sections also had specific wineries that were paired with those food items. It was fantastic. We met several new "friends" during the night, and even someone from back home who we recognized. Imagine going a thousand miles and running into someone you know! Anyway, you receive a plate with a slot to hold your wine glass so that you have a free hand to eat with. Music played and they had the performers from Cirque du Soleil as well.
The only drawback was that there was definitely not enough seating. You have to be there fairly early to ensure a seat at one of the tables, or you have to be in just after they open it up. Otherwise, we had a great time. We made sure that we took a pen with use to mark down which wines we liked along with the type of food we had it with. Just some little notes to remember afterwards because after all of the wines that you can drink, you might have some difficulty in that department.
We would definitely do this again. Hope this helps some.
